Cristiano Ronaldo shares two-word message after son celebrates first trophy with Al-Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the most accomplished players in the history of soccer, has a trophy cabinet as vast as his achievements and goals. He has won nearly everything in his career, clinching multiple league titles and Champions League glory.

Success with Portugal includes winning the Euros and UEFA Nations League. While still pursuing more trophies at his current club Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, despite nearing retirement, he took some time to celebrate the victory of one of his loved ones.

Cristiano Ronaldo celebrates son’s championship victory

It seems that winning trophies is inherent in the Ronaldo family, with Cristiano Ronaldo winning almost everything. Now, his eldest son, Cristiano Jr., is also experiencing the same success, having won his first trophy. The teenager has been dedicated to soccer from a young age, following his father at every club, including Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Juventus.

Like his father, he currently represents Al Nassr in their youth team and has excelled for them. Recently, he led them to win the Saudi U13 Premier League title, playing a pivotal role. His father was very proud of his son’s success, sharing a post of Al Nassr’s youth team celebrating the title, and writing the caption, “Congrats Team!”

Ronaldo’s eldest son has been quite active in soccer in recent years, famously linking up with Kai Rooney, the son of Wayne Rooney, at Manchester United’s academy. He has also previously expressed a desire to play with his father on the biggest stage, though that may or may not be unlikely.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend spills the bean on his retirement

However, it seems Cristiano Ronaldo is closer to hanging up his boots very soon, as he reaches his 40s. While Ronaldo has been silent regarding his future, and is still bossing it on the pitch, his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez has dropped a major hint regarding his retirement.

She was at the prestigious Paris Fashion Week where she wore a CR7-styled and signed outfit to pay a loving tribute to her boyfriend. At one point, she was speaking about her husband to another model. There she spoke about Cristiano’s retirement, saying, “Cristiano one more year, then it’s over. Maybe two, I don’t know.”

This means that we may soon see the Portuguese legend hang his boots, marking the end of an era. It remains to be seen what truth there is to the claim, but we should all start appreciating the end of an era for a true GOAT of the sport. And maybe we will be lucky to witness the beginning of his son’s career soon enough.
