Tom Brady Patriots Hall of Fame induction: when will tickets be available for the event?

The NFL world now may see the Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes as a solid quarterback to emulate the former New England Patriots legend Tom Brady after Mahomes won back-to-back Super Bowls. Nevertheless, one accolade with which Mahomes might fall short is Tom Terrific’s six Super Bowl wins with the Patriots, which is so hard to compete with.

Hence, after the Patriots’ owner Robert Karft’s unique approach to Brady, the New England Patriots are gearing up to honor the NFL legend as ticket information for his Patriots HOF induction has been released.

When will tickets for Tom Brady’s HOF ceremony be available?

ESPN‘s Mike Reiss shared the exciting news of Tom Brady’s Patriots HOF induction in his Sunday notes column, revealing that Patriots season-ticket holders will have the first opportunity to secure tickets for the event. According to Reiss, season-ticket holders will receive ticket information this week, with preferred pricing available until April 12.

After that, any remaining tickets will be made available to the general public, ensuring fans have a chance to witness this historic moment.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place inside Gillette Stadium on June 12 at 7 p.m. ET.

Reiss hinted that the event could be reminiscent of “Larry Bird Night” at the Boston Garden in 1993, promising an unforgettable celebration of Brady’s remarkable career.

Team executives chose June 12th as the date for the ceremony, symbolizing two significant numbers associated with Brady’s tenure with the Patriots: his six Super Bowl championships and his iconic uniform number, 12.

It’s a fitting tribute to a player who dedicated his entire career and used to express his unwavering loyalty to the team.

“One thing that will never change: I am a Patriot for life,” Brady said.

TB12’s journey with the Patriots began in 2000, when he was selected as the 199th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Over the next two decades, he etched his name into Patriots history, setting numerous franchise records and guiding the team to countless victories. His accolades include six Super Bowls, which garnered a nod from Jim Isray, nine AFC Conference crowns, and 17 AFC East Division titles.

How is Tom Brady getting inducted into HOF despite retiring in 2023?

Patriots Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft made a monumental decision to waive the customary four-year waiting period for Tom Brady’s induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame. Kraft’s gesture of respect for Brady was evident when the legendary quarterback returned to Foxboro for an “appreciation day” last September.

Kraft expressed his desire to give Patriots fans the chance to properly thank Brady for his contributions to the team. He also stated that a halftime ceremony wouldn’t suffice, mentioning the need for a more fitting tribute to the future Hall of Famer.

“Patriots fans didn’t get an opportunity to appropriately thank Tom when he left. I wanted to give them that opportunity. Unfortunately, a halftime ceremony just doesn’t provide enough time to honor Tommy the way he deserves.”

Brady’s induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame marks a historic moment, as he becomes the first player to have the four-year waiting period waived under the current guidelines.

With Brady’s induction, Patriots fans will have the opportunity to express their gratitude to the legendary quarterback in a manner befitting his remarkable career.

It’s a solid chance to give the six-time Super Bowl winner the heartfelt sendoff he deserved when he departed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, ensuring his legacy lives on in New England.
