The Phoenix Suns have made a strong roster by making some valuable moves this off season and are going to be a team to watch in the upcoming season.
The recent trio of Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and Kevin Durant has unavoidably upped the bar, and now nothing short of a title is expected from them. Damian Lillard is also confident in their ability to work together that he says he thinks Durant, Beal, and Booker have the chemistry and skills to succeed as a trio.
Lillard optimistic about Suns’ new additions for upcoming season
During the offseason, the Phoenix Suns created a strong trio, which Damian Lillard openly admires. At his Formula Zero elite basketball camp in Phoenix, the 33-year-old shared his thoughts on the ‘Monster Three’ of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal.
Lillard remarked, “They are a Big 3 without a doubt.” The trio of Brad Beal, Book, and KD is formidable. Given their collective skill, the question is whether or not the fit is right. They need to work in harmony with one another. It wouldn’t shock me if they did; nevertheless, they’ll need to work together on the court and focus their energy in order to win.

Lillard spoke positively about the trio saying, “It’d be fun to watch, For me, as a fan of basketball and the NBA, and for fans out there, I’m sure it’s extremely exciting for them.”
Although the Suns’ decision to add Eric Gordon, Yuta Watanabe, and Keita Bates-Diop to their roster mitigates some of the concerns regarding the health of Durant, Booker, and Beal, who all played in limited minutes last season. The fact that Lillard wants a title so badly with the Portland Trail Blazers just makes him more envious of the Suns’ starting group.
Suns make big move by acquiring Bradley Beal
Bradley Beal, Jordan Goodwin, and Isaiah Todd have all been traded to the Phoenix Suns from the Indiana Pacers, completing a three-team deal.The Phoenix have traded guard Chris Paul to the Washington Wizards in exchange for forward Landry Shamet, as well as five future second-round picks, four future pick swaps, and cash considerations.
