The 20-year-old was born to a Rwandan mother and a father from the Ivory Coast, making him eligible to represent three countries, including his birth country, Belgium.

He was promoted to the first team of Dutch club PSV Eindhoven in 2022. He played a total of 39 games in his debut season at the Dutch club, scoring nine goals and providing six assists. Five of those goals came in the Dutch Eredivisie, where he appeared 23 times.
