Charles Barkley picks the “scariest team” in the West

In a later segment on TNT’s Inside the NBA show, the panelists present on-screen discussed the potential teams that could pose a threat to the Denver Nuggets, who have been running wild in the NBA. The Nuggets have been winning most of their matches and have been a dominant presence in every matchup.

The discussion moved to the teams in the Western Conference and their chances to pose a threat to Nikola Jokic’s team. Charles Barkley led the conversation with a unique perspective on the teams in the Western Conference and named the Los Angeles Clippers as the scariest team in the West. “The Lakers have been a huge disappointment, and My Suns have also been a huge disappointment. You all know I don’t believe in Minnesota, the Clippers… the scariest team in the West is the Los Angeles Clippers… If Kawhi (Leonard) did not get hurt, they would’ve beaten the Suns in the last playoffs.” said Barkley.

Barkley states that the Clippers right now are the scariest team in the Western Conference. He went on to applaud Kawhi Leonard and call him a top-five player in the world when he is healthy. He even admitted that if Kawhi Leonard had not gotten hurt, the Clippers would have beaten the Phoenix Suns in the playoffs.
