Draymond Green, making his long-awaited return to the matchup after being absent from action for 16 games, spoke on the team’s chemistry and the diminishing performance. “We are not a very good team right now,” said Green about the current state of the Dubs.
The Dubs have been struggling in the league and have failed to recreate the same level of dominance that they have displayed in the previous seasons. Green acknowledging this goes to show that the squad itself knows the state of their team. Head coach of the Warriors, Steve Kerr had said that their ace Stephen Curry has been forced to carry his team this season.

Draymond Green also shared his perspective on the trade rumors surrounding him and the other Warriors players. He reportedly said, “I also know, regarding the Dubs, there have been a lot of rumors, I know that my name has come up and everyone’s name has come up except for Stephen Curry… to be honest, I do not think about it one bit. I don’t make much of it. Rumors are just that, They are rumors… I hear the same things that all of you guys hear. That is the gift and the sad curse of social media.”
