However, things took a turn for good and he ended up with the Greek Freak. Giannis had previously expressed his desire to play with the offensive guard and had even said that he would choose Dame if he had to choose a player to help him win a ring.
Giannis was seen to be very enthusiastic in a video where he talked about Dame, he said, “ I believe in him, Basically this is his team and it doesn’t matter what people say.” After the match, the Greek freak expressed himself by posting a photo of him and Dame on his official X account with the caption, “Great Start.”
Damian Lillard’s 39-point debut propels Bucks past Sixers
The Bucks faced the 76ers in the debut of their head coach, Adrian Griffin. Damian Lillard, expected to bring significant value to the squad alongside Giannis, proved everyone right. The match was thrilling and closely contested, providing a treat for the fans. The final score was 118-117, with the Bucks securing a narrow victory.
Damian Lillard put on an exceptional performance, scoring 39 points, while Giannis contributed with a 23-point game and 13 rebounds. With the addition of Dame, the Bucks have already been considered favorites to win it all, and Lillard lived up to those expectations with this level of performance.
