The storyline involving R-Truth and Judgment Day is filled with comedic and entertaining segments. It all began at Survivor Series in 2023, when Truth returned to WWE and claimed to be a member of Judgement Day, the faction led by Money in the Bank winner Damien Priest.
Despite winning, the loser leaves the Judgment Day match against JD McDonagh on Raw. Truth is still not considered an official member of the faction. Despite all these, he has been assaulted on the latest episode of Raw, and a member of Judgment Day issues a stern warning to him with subtle words.
JD McDonagh delivers a strong message after the attack on R-Truth
During the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the Judgment Day faction attacked R-Truth after a segment with Damian Priest and Finn Balor’s successful defense of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships.
JD McDonagh, a member of Judgment Day, took to Instagram and shared photos from the segment. He also sent a cryptic three-word message, which has left fans wondering about the faction’s motives. The attack on Truth was triggered by his involvement in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match, which led to the elimination of The Irish Ace.
“WHOLESOME. FAMILY. FUN.” wrote JD McDonagh.
R-Truth and JD McDonagh feud explained
On Monday Night Raw, Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh are in charge, while Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and Jimmy Uso are the main focus on SmackDown. Sami Zayn and Jey Uso have already left The Bloodline.
In recent weeks, R-Truth has been inserting himself into Judgment Day. He has broken into their clubhouse multiple times and now believes he is part of the group.
During the Survivor Series 2023 Premium Live Event, R-Truth made his return to the ring. Since then, he has been determined to become a part of Judgment Day, which is an ongoing storyline on Monday Night Raw. This all started with R-Truth facing off against JD McDonagh in an episode of Raw on last year’s December in a loser leaves Judgment Day match. Surprisingly, Truth won the match and has been asking for his rightful place in the faction since then.
On the January 29th episode of Raw, despite being repeatedly told by Judgment Day that he was not part of the group, Truth failed to comprehend the message. After enduring Truth’s shenanigans for too long, Judgment Day decided to take action and humble him.
Interestingly, R-Truth also revealed that he had considered joining The Bloodline before that. He has been working hard to insert himself into the fold and is actively involved in the storyline.
