Roman Reigns breaks character in almost tearful interview for documentary

Since WrestleMania last year, Roman Reigns and the rest of The Bloodline have been making news by staying true to their “heel” roles. Despite a few fan meet sessions, Reigns has never broken his character. But this week, the WWE Universe saw a rare side of The Tribal Chief just before WrestleMania 40.

Recently, fans got a look at their favorite Big Dog’s history in “Biography: WWE Legends” before his career-defining match at WrestleMania. For some reason, people worldwide were shocked when he was caught in tears suddenly in a part of this program.

Roman Reigns filmed in emotional moment for WWE documentary

Since his villainous comeback at SummerSlam 2020, Roman Reigns took the persona of The Tribal Chief and has since dominated WWE. He has solidified his status as a wrestling legend with numerous victories and appearances as a WrestleMania main eventer.

Ahead of WrestleMania 40, Reigns and his cousin The Rock are causing quite a stir in the wrestling community right now. But Reigns shows his soft side when he’s feeling sad, even though he seems tough on the outside.

Recently, the Head of the Table was featured in the latest “Biography: WWE Legends,” which interested wrestling fans who wanted to know more about him before WM 40. An emotional scene from the documentary is making the rounds online, showing Reigns breaking down in tears as he listens to touching notes from his late brother, Matt Rosey.

Rosey’s note was about Roman Reigns, something like, “He had something special, something to do with athletics. Just his focus in the gym, focus all through high school and college, you knew Joe was set for something great. You know, he’s setting the bar in our family that much higher.”

A big brother’s unwavering devotion and affection may melt the hardest hearts. Roman couldn’t hold back his feelings at this point but soon returned from the touching segment and delivered a huge spoiler for the upcoming WrestleMania.

Roman Reigns hints at his WWE future

The storyline between Bloodline and Cody Rhodes is the main focus of the excitement leading up to WrestleMania 40. Many people believe Rhodes will finish his story this time by beating Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

No matter what else is going on, fans are pretty sure that Reigns’ title run will end in the main event. But a documentary released recently related to The Tribal Chief revealed an interesting plot twist that Cody fans may not like.

By confirming his intention to defend his championship against Rhodes at WrestleMania XL, Roman signaled his future position in WWE. Reigns laid out his plans to leave WWE if he isn’t the company’s top star. He stated, “If I’m not the top guy, then I don’t wanna be here.“

Since SummerSlam 2020, the 38-year-old has been WWE’s main attraction. When he was out with a health problem, business went down until he came back. Anytime Reigns stays with WWE, the company will clearly continue to make money. As stated in the documentary, if he loses the belt at WrestleMania, he may leave wrestling which is something that WWE wants to prevent from occurring.

Oh, hi, this is Md Robin Ahmed, a WWE fan and I everyday go through a slew of popular WWE stories on Sportszion. Watching Big Show's Showstopper was the beginning of my passion for WWE, though I have to say that his Chokeslam is not one of my favorite moves. Over time, my love for professional wrestling has intensified, mostly due to the Shield, and my all-time favorite wrestler in WWE is Big Dog. I would give everything to be able to be within a few feet of him to witness his iconic Superman Punch and Spear. My major is engineering, but I'm most happy when I'm doing something artistic that doesn't put me under any pressure. Watching them wrestle and discuss their matches is always fun for me. And I've finally discovered a career that gives me fun since it allows me to with my dream heroes lifestyle. So, Welcome! I'd love to hear from you on LinkedIn and Facebook.
