Drew McIntyre claps back at Logan Paul
After winning the Men’s Elimination Chamber match in this week’s edition of WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre responded to a current champion on social media. The veteran’s victory has earned him a World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.
WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 has concluded, and the lineup for WrestleMania 40 is gradually taking shape. Becky Lynch emerged victorious in the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match and is set to face Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship at The Show of Show. The Men’s Elimination Chamber match was won by the Scottish Warrior, with an unexpected assist from an unknown ally.

During a wrestling match, Randy Orton used his signature RKO move to eliminate Logan Paul. However, the United States Champion later struck back by knocking out Orton with brass knuckles. Drew McIntyre then seized the opportunity and won the match.
After the match, Logan Paul took to social media to seek recognition for his role in helping the veteran wrestler win. In response, Drew McIntyre insulted Logan Paul’s intelligence, suggesting that his brother Jake Paul must have gotten all the talent and brains in their family.
“I see your brother got all the talent and the brains. Admittedly, it’s a very low bar,” wrote Drew McIntyre.
Drew McIntyre wins plaudits from WWE legend
Drew McIntyre won the men’s Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber 2024 Premium Live Event. This victory made him the new number-one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, which is currently held by Seth Rollins.
McIntyre has been portraying a villainous character lately and has been targeting CM Punk, who is unable to compete in WrestleMania due to an injury. WWE legend and Hall of Famer Mick Foley sent a message to McIntyre on Instagram, praising the former WWE Champion’s performance as a heel and building excitement for WrestleMania 40.
“BAD DREW IS THE BEST DREW! Good Drew is good – but Bad Drew is so much better! This #WrestleMania is shaping up to be epic!” wrote Mick Foley.
