Recently, the bout postponement was announced for Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk, which was about to take place on February 17th but was later changed to May 18th. Recently, Eddie Hearn chose Tyson Fury over Usyk while explaining, “I respect him as a fighter. He’s a Brit; I want him to win.”
He said it would be the greatest fight in Fury’s career. Fury as well as Eddie Hearn claimed this fight is important because it will declare who is the greatest heavyweight boxer of this generation.
Hearn claimed, “I want Tyson Fury, a British fighter, to win that fight and go down as a real great. And I’m pleased that he’s taking that fight because, as I’ve said in interviews before, it was frustrating because that is the fight that will make him great.”
