Logan Paul demands ‘The Rock treatment’ after subtle jibe at TKO board member for hitting employee

Logan Paul, the first YouTuber turned wrestler to join WWE, has established himself as a future superstar of the Stamford-based company. Throughout his YouTube career, Paul has produced numerous videos, some of which even feature ‘The Brahma Bull’ Rock as a guest.

Recently, during the WrestleMania 40 Kick-off event, The Rock slapped Cody Rhodes. In the latest episode of SmackDown, Logan demanded ‘The Rock treatment’ for both Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce, the General Manager of the SmackDown Live brand in WWE.

Logan Paul wants The Rock treatment at WWE

Logan Paul appeared in the February 9, 2024, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, where the fallout of the WrestleMania 40 kick-off press conference was addressed and the consequences were shown. Logan Paul’s last premium event was in the Royal Rumble.

Now Paul is set to compete in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, and will face Miz in the next edition of SmackDown for a qualification match. The Maverick later confronted SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and said he wanted to face a proper challenge for his U.S. Championship, not some qualification match with Miz for the Elimination Chamber.

Logan said he is too qualified to be in such matches and said he should be receiving “The Rock treatment,” which means he gets to do whatever he wants. He said, “I should be getting the Rock treatment. Show up, slap somebody across the face and back on the jet.”

Logan will face Miz for the qualifying match, and Paul has vowed that he will win the match and later challenge Seth Freakin’ Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship and become the new champ.

Logan Paul talks about The Rock slapping Cody Rhodes during the WrestleMania promo

Logan Paul in this week’s SmackDown arrived wearing the Apple Vision Pro headset, and while making his way into the Arena, he said he was replaying The Rock attacking Cody Rhodes in the WrestleMania 40 kick-off press conference. Logan Paul is supporting Cody instead of ‘The People’s Champ’.

He said how Rock, a member of TKO’s board attacked his employee and that it was a crazy moment. He said, “I’m rewatching The Rock assaulting Cody Rhodes last night, excuse me, I should restate that, a member of TKO’s board assaulting an employee. The press conference was crazy.”

Logan respects Cody as an athlete and as a person. Last year during his ‘IMPAULSIVE’ podcast he revealed his relationship with the American Nightmare, saying, “Another person who has been so nice to me is Cody Rhodes. A great guy, he’s awesome. He gives me advice and helps me with words of encouragement and checks in on me. He’s an awesome dude. Triple H gave me kudos as well. It’s an awesome organization and I’m so happy to be a part of it, which is why I’m arrogant and parading [WWE US Title] around everywhere I go, I’m proud of it.”
