Logan Paul urges brother Jake to end beef with KSI to join his $250 million ‘Prime’ hydration drinks

Jake Paul and Logan Paul, along with KSI, have taken the scene of the crossover boxing world by storm. Logan Paul and KSI have already fought twice, once in an exhibition bout and once in professional boxing with KSI winning the professional bout via split decision.

Jake Paul has possibly been the most successful crossover star as of yet with victories over veteran MMA fighters. Moreover, the younger Paul brother recently won his boxing bout against a credentialled boxer in Andre August via first-round KO.

Logan Paul urges brother Jake to end beef with KSI

Logan Paul and KSI are business partners and own the energy drink Prime which is also the official energy drink of the UFC. Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski were recently roped in as ambassadors for the energy drink.

The friendship between Logan Paul and KSI does not mean that Jake Paul is also in the friendship equation. The younger Paul brother and KSI have a budding rivalry and even have fought a common opponent in Tommy Fury, the younger half-brother of WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury.

In a recent podcast episode on Impaulsive with Logan Paul and Mike Majlak, Jake Paul was the guest. During the podcast, the conversation delved into the subject of KSI.

“He’s not going to do it, and I’ve said it since the beginning of time,” said Jake Paul regarding the chances of KSI and him fighting in the boxing ring.

“He wants to talk about everything except actual negotiations to make the fight happen, and the more serious I take it, the more scared he’s gonna get. And that’s point blank period,” Paul further blamed KSI for their fight not happening. Nevertheless, Jake Paul seemed hopeful of the fight happening.

“I need you all to fight and then make up so you can join Prime like quickly.”, said Logan Paul of his plans for the future after the proposed fight. The elder Paul brother wants KSI and his younger brother to sort out their differences and become business partners.

How much money has Logan Paul, KSI’s Prime made?

Launched by YouTubers Logan Paul and KSI in 2022, Prime Hydration has taken the sports and energy drinks market by storm. The brand quickly rose to prominence and as expected also had their fair share of controversy with bans and restrictions in many places. Prime Hydration offers sports drinks with coconut water, electrolytes, B vitamins, and BCAAs.

Prime Hydration has sponsorships in MLB, and NASCAR, partnerships with football clubs like Arsenal, and collaborations with UFC fighters like Alexander Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya. In the first year of the brand’s inception, Paul and KSI made $110 million profit from $250 million in retail sales per Marca. In 2023, they are expected to have $1.2 billion in retail sales with a predicted profit of $500 million.

Logan Paul and KSI last fought together in the double headliner of MF & DAZN: X Series 10 – The Prime Card. KSI faced Tommy Fury whereas Paul faced off with MMA fighter Dillon Danis. Paul won the fight via DQ and thus made Drake a lot of money as he bet on a KO win for Paul. The DQ is technically a KO in boxing terms.

KSI and Fury fought a close fought battle with Fury earning a controversial decision. KSI and his team filed an appeal to change the result to a No Contest but were unsuccessful. Jake Paul then mocked KSI for the appeal. Nevertheless, KSI is hell-bent on making the only loss of his professional boxing record turned into a No Contest.
