Jake Paul recently fought professional boxer Andre August in a non-PPV bout streamed on DAZN. Following his victory, it appears that Paul has now partnered with USA boxing.

Why did Jake Paul partner with USA Boxing?

After his unanimous decision victory over Nate Diaz in 10 rounds, Paul made his intentions clear on pursuing an active professional career in boxing and MMA. That was the reason why he pursued a fight with a relatively unknown, but actual boxer in Andre August.

Now, Michael Benson of TalkSport revealed Paul’s latest deal with USA Boxing. “Jake Paul has announced that he will be training with the Team USA Olympic boxing squad in Colorado Springs ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics.”, tweeted Benson about Paul venturing to hone his skills with elite amateur boxers in the country.

“He will also travel to Paris with the squad to help promote them as he has partnered with USA Boxing.”, Benson further revealed the plans of Paul to travel with the team to the Paris Olympics in 2024. Paul’s decision was met with high praise from the boxing community as Paul is staying true to his words of taking professional boxing seriously.

Paul’s only loss in professional boxing was to Tommy Fury in a very competitive fight. Fury would later go on to defeat Paul’s bitter enemy, KSI, with a controversial decision. Nevertheless, Jake Paul congratulated Fury for the victory and even mocked KSI for filing an appeal to change the result.
