WWE HOFer believes “this is the time” to reunite Cody Rhodes with AEW star Dustin Rhodes FKA Goldust

Cody Rhodes has been scheduled to fight against the leader of the Bloodline, Roman Reigns, for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the ‘Show of Shows,’ WrestleMania 40. Since ‘The Rock’ turned heel and joined hands with the Bloodline, fans have been speculating on how Rhodes will fight against this numbers advantage.

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry recently shared his view on how Cody can get allies to battle the Bloodline. Henry revealed that Cody, who has Seth Rollins by his side, should reunite with his brother Dustin Rhodes, formerly known as Goldust.

Mark Henry believes Cody Rhodes should team up with Dustin Rhodes against the Bloodline

Cody Rhodes has teamed up with Seth Freakin’ Rollins to take on the Bloodline. However, there are still the numbers disadvantage, and if Jimmy Uso as well as Solo Sikoa were to interfere, then the tides of the battle could be shifted. A little while back, former WWE wrestler Mark Henry provided an alternative on how can Cody get a new ally.

Mark Henry recently appeared on “Busted Open Radio”, where he shared his opinion about the upcoming match. Henry revealed that Cody should team up with his brother, the AEW star Dustin Rhodes for his clash with the Anoa’i family. As Dustin is signed to the Florida-based company, it will take both WWE and AEW to agree, if they decide to make the Rhodes brothers reunite.

‘The World’s Strongest Man’, Mark Henry said, “And as far as there being an opportunity for a working relationship, which Triple H said a year and change ago, that they’re open for a working relationship with AEW. It’s yet to be seen, but they were open for it. This is the time, if you ever were going to do it, try to get it done, you’ve got four weeks.”

Cody will appear in both WrestleMania night events, in the first night he will team up with Seth Rollins to face The Rock and Roman Reigns for a tag team match on WrestleMania Saturday, and after that, ‘The American Nightmare’ will get his opportunity to ‘Finish His Story’ on WrestleMania Sunday against the ‘Head of the Table.’

Mark Henry has made it clear that he supports the master of ‘Cross Rhodes’ in his clash with ‘The Big Dog’. He said, “Not only is it high stakes, WWE basically has set up a way now that the Bloodline can do whatever they want. I mean, don’t you want fairness? And I feel like if you allow all of this interference, it takes away from that. I only feel like that’s valuable if you’re defending it. I feel like that’s out the window. I don’t have a problem whatsoever with Cody winning at WrestleMania, and then we get to see a new reign get started, so let’s go. I’m a Cody Crybaby, I’m all in”.
