Famous Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat vows to destroy KSI after signing with Jake Paul’s promotion

Jake Paul has become one of the biggest names in boxing in recent times as he should and was also on the list of the highest-paid boxers of 2023. Due to his immense popularity, Paul has been called out by many in the combat sports community.

It is not a surprise to see people call him out, considering the huge financial and social media incentives that accompany facing off with Paul inside the cage. The latest name to join the growing chorus is a well-known Indian boxer, throwing his hat in the ring and aiming to test “The Problem Child’s” resilience.

Neeraj Goyat vows to eliminate KSI in latest video

Neeraj Goyat, an accomplished boxer from India who boasts a respectable record in both the amateur and professional circuits, was the one who has been calling out Jake Paul recently. Goyat was one of the most promising boxers from India but had his career derailed after an accident.

Nonetheless, he has bounced back and has been very active on social media, where he recently revealed that he has signed with MVP Promotions. “I’m going to beat not only Jake Paul but also destroy KSI,” said Goyat in a recent video on social media. Moreover, he also announced that he would bring the fight to India and even vowed to defeat Tommy Fury, the only fighter to defeat both KSI and Paul.

Goyat also said in the video that he has now become the most viral fighter in the video, being the most viral fighter in India. Goyat’s claim does have value as he was in Puerto Rico to attend the pre-fight press conference of Amanda Serrano versus Nina Meinke, where Paul is scheduled to fight Ryan Bourland on the undercard.

Paul praised Goyat for flying from India to Puerto Rico to call out Paul but also stated that Goyat would be having doubts in his mind after Paul predicted a brutal knockout of Bourland. Nonetheless, Goyat remains steadfast in the belief that he will knock out Paul.

Nakisa Bidarian, the co-founder of MVP Promotions, along with Jake Paul, recently announced the signing of viral Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat. “Neeraj Goyat marks a historic milestone as MVP’s inaugural international athlete signee, and we couldn’t be more excited about his potential as a standout competitor and leader in the realm of boxing,” said Bidarian after signing Goyat.

Bidarian further stated that it was the viral callouts of Goyat against Jake Paul that got the attention of the promotion. Moreover, they felt that the Indian boxing community was undervalued considering the huge population of the country. Furthermore, they believe that they could put Indian boxing on a global scale with Neeraj Goyat whom they feel is a pioneer in India’s modern boxing circuit.

Goyat will also be part of an MVP boxing event in 2024, with discussions underway about potential opponents for Goyat to fight. The MVP promotions have some of the best up-and-coming boxers in their stable, so they could offer a couple of fights to build Goyat before putting him against the likes of Jake Paul and KSI.

Goyat has competed 24 times in professional boxing, with 18 victories, 4 losses, and 2 draws. However, unlike Paul and KSI, Goyat competes at welterweight. Therefore, a potential matchup against either KSI or Paul, who are cruiserweights, would put him at a considerable size disadvantage.
