Former WWE World Champion shares a cryptic IG post featuring Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar’s last appearance on WWE television was at SummerSlam 2023 when he faced Cody Rhodes. Then he was supposed to make a return at this year’s Royal Rumble, but he stayed out of the ring due to his link with Vince McMahon’s lawsuit controversy. When Hall of Famer ‘The Great Khali’ recently shared an old picture of himself with “The Beast,” that led to theories that Lesnar might be coming back to WWE.

There had been talk of Brock Lesnar’s highly anticipated comeback during the days leading up to WrestleMania XL. Fans have been waiting longer and longer to see Lesnar on WWE television since last SummerSlam, which got badly affected due to his involvement with Vince McMahon’s lawsuit. Because of the controversy, he was blacklisted from WWE products and marketing, including the computer game WWE 2K24, and had no option to return this year.

Now that WrestleMania 41 is being considered for Minnesota—Lesnar’s hometown—there is a hope that he may return, maybe for a farewell bout. A lot of rumors are going around, and former WWE champion Great Khali’s mysterious Instagram post with Lesnar from their trip to Dubai for the Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018 has further strengthened them as well. Without a caption, Khali’s post left fans wondering what it means.

Following the 40th edition of WrestleMania, fans eagerly anticipated Brock Lesnar’s return to the ring after Triple H’s comment which gave them hope that the WWE CCO could plan a huge comeback for the Beast Incarnate.

Triple H offered update on Brock Lesnar’s status

Brock Lesnar’s WWE status was brought up by Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston at Triple H’s questioning session during the post-WrestleMania 40 news conference. As the Chief Content Officer, Triple H gave an interesting answer regarding the Conqueror’s status. He mentioned there were talks with Lesnar about a Royal Rumble appearance, emphasizing WWE as Lesnar’s home.

In the press conference, he said, “At one point, there was a conversation with Brock about Royal Rumble quite a long time ago. Right now, Brock is home being Brock. And we’ll see where that leads to from here. His status is the same as it’s been before. Brock is not gone from WWE, he’s just home being Brock.”

Oh, hi, this is Md Robin Ahmed, a WWE fan and I everyday go through a slew of popular WWE stories on Sportszion. Watching Big Show's Showstopper was the beginning of my passion for WWE, though I have to say that his Chokeslam is not one of my favorite moves. Over time, my love for professional wrestling has intensified, mostly due to the Shield, and my all-time favorite wrestler in WWE is Big Dog. I would give everything to be able to be within a few feet of him to witness his iconic Superman Punch and Spear. My major is engineering, but I'm most happy when I'm doing something artistic that doesn't put me under any pressure. Watching them wrestle and discuss their matches is always fun for me. And I've finally discovered a career that gives me fun since it allows me to with my dream heroes lifestyle. So, Welcome! I'd love to hear from you on LinkedIn and Facebook.
