The Bloodline is widely regarded as the top WWE faction of 2023. The presence of its leader, WWE Undisputed Universal champion, Roman Reigns, has made the faction as the most dominant group in the entire WWE. The faction also includes Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa, members of the legendary wrestling dynasty, the Anoa’i family.
In a recent interview, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T confirmed that he is working hard to bring another member of the Anoa’i family into the Bloodline, someone with the potential to become the next big thing in WWE.
Booker T pushing for real-life Bloodline member’s WWE break
In the latest episode of Hall of Fame podcast, the WWE Commentator and King of the Ring winner Booker T, confirmed that the new addition to The Bloodline is indeed the former MLW Heavyweight Champion, Jacob Fatu.
Booker said, “I’m working as hard as I possibly can. Let me just say it right now. I’m giving a big shout out to Jacob Fatu. This is a guy who’s been working his ass off out there on the indie scene, grinding.”
Booker praised Fatu’s potential and revealed that he is working hard to sign him with the WWE and showed his interest in being the advisor for Fatu. Fatu also confirmed his interest in joining the WWE in a recent interview on Muscle Man Malcolm. He said, “All my family’s been there. If I ever had the chance to go there, absolutely, I would love to go there.”
Fatu signed with Major League Wrestling in 2019 and rose to top of the roster by becoming the MLW World Heavyweight Championship. However, his reign as the champion came to end on January 6, 2024 at MLW Kings of Colosseum, where he lost his title to former WWE Superstar, Matt Riddle.
He signed a multi-year deal with MLW in 2019, and it is not clear when his contract expires. Following his title loss, Fatu has been absent from live TV, and if he is set to leave the company, WWE would be the best place for him to land.
Bloodline member rumored to appear at Royal Rumble
All the members of the Bloodline are set to participate in the Royal Rumble tomorrow, with Reigns defending his title in a fatal four way match. Now the excitement has been increased after a report confirmed that a Bloodline member is set to return to the match.
As per the reports, Trinity, known as Naomi in WWE, is set to enter the 30 women Royal Rumble match tomorrow. Naomi is also a part of the Bloodline as she is married to the former Undisputed Tag Team Champion, Jimmy Uso.
Naomi left WWE in May 2022, due to disagreement in their creative decisions. After leaving WWE, she joined Impact Wrestling and became the Knockouts World Champion in 2023. On January 14, 2024, she lost the title to Jordynne Grace at the Hard to Kill pay-per-view and her TNA contract also got expired.
Naomi has participated in four Royal Rumble matches in her career and her possible return to WWE at the Royal Rumble 2024 will be one of the most anticipated surprises for the fans
